GH&B International SC Cluster Lead (Emerging Markets Asia)

About the role

As a member of the Commercial Cluster Leadership Team, the role works in close collaboration with the Commercial leaders, P&L owners and wider leadership team members as the senior supply chain counterpart, bringing supply chain insight into commercial decisions and plans. The SC Cluster Lead is accountable for supply chain performance across all assigned markets and for the integrated cluster supply chain outcome.

What you'll do

• Commercial Partnership, Demand Governance and IBP
• Own, chair and continuously improve the cluster Demand Review and IBP process, with clear decision rights, cadence, data standards
• Partner with Commercial to drive ownership of forecast error, bias, Forecast Value Add (FVA), assumption quality and timely enrichment
• Translate commercial strategy, tenders, launches and customer commitments into supply chain priorities and ensure supply feasibility is assessed before material…
• Connect decisions to revenue, margin, working capital and patient or customer impact
