• Bring together analytical expertise, strategic thinking and change leadership to advance laboratory technologies, harmonize ways of working, and accelerate automation
• Shape the global RLT laboratory transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into measurable, scalable initiatives
• Guide site Quality Control and Analytical Science and Technology teams on complex scientific, technical, and compliance decisions
• Establish cross-site governance, technical standards and portfolio priorities for analytical sciences and laboratory technologies
• Drive harmonization of analytical methods, laboratory processes, equipment strategies and capabilities across the global network
