What you'll do

• Administer benefits programs across assigned countries, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and time-off policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on benefits-related questions, providing timely and accurate guidance
• Partner with Payroll, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate benefits administration, payments, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance across benefits systems
• Support annual benefits enrollment, including employee communications, vendor coordination, enrollment activities, and ongoing documentation
