Global Bio Ops Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Global IB Ops Finance Controller to serve as a key business partner to the Integrated Biologics (IB) Operations network, Site Finance teams, and the global IB Finance community. This role is responsible for enabling Operations to achieve both short and long-term performance objectives through insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Financial Business Partnership & Performance Management
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the IB Operations network, providing insightful analysis and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making
• Enable Operations to achieve short and long-term business objectives through financial transparency, profitability analysis, cost management
• Deliver actionable financial insights related to production efficiency, innovation investments, cost savings initiatives, and operational effectiveness
• Identify performance risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve business results
