Global Capital Market - Associate, Infra Capital Markets (Mumbai) at Ms. Supporting transaction execution across tax equity, tax credit transfer, high-yield, project finance, and structured debt financings.

What you'll do

• Supporting transaction execution across tax equity, tax credit transfer, high-yield, project finance, and structured debt financings
• Building, reviewing, and maintaining financial models, including project finance models, tax equity models, credit models, valuation analyses
• Preparing client materials, pitch books, investment memoranda, credit approval materials, syndication materials, and internal committee presentations
• Assisting with due diligence, including review of project documents, financing agreements, third-party reports, operating data, financial statements, tax assumptions
• Supporting underwriting and credit analysis, including assessment of cash flows, downside cases, leverage capacity, repayment risk, sponsor strength, collateral value
