About the role

This role will help to shape our global compensation strategy to enable consistency and alignment across geographies while ensuring we have strong alignment to the market.

What you'll do

Provide deep compensation knowledge and analytics in the IT Services / Hi Tech market for all job roles, with a focus on critical talent
Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, HR, and Finance teams on compensation design and execution
Provide training and support to regional teams on compensation best practices
Drive and contribute to global and regional compensation-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across geographies and functions
