About the role

Shape and support the implementation of a common compensation approach that supports NTT’s competitive market positioning and aligns with global frameworks. Deliver expert guidance on developing Executive compensation models, ensuring alignment with NTT’s global standards and market competitiveness. Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, HR, and Finance teams on compensation design and execution.

What you'll do

• Provide deep compensation knowledge and analytics in the IT Services / Hi Tech market for all job roles, with a focus on critical talent
• Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, HR, and Finance teams on compensation design and execution
