Global Dev Team Lead - SIMATIC PCS 7 Engineering System

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Project Lead to lead the execution of strategic development projects for the SIMATIC Engineering System. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery across globally distributed engineering teams located in Germany, India, and Romania, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution of global development projects for the SIMATIC Engineering System across Germany, India, and Romania
• Define project scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and execution plans aligned with product roadmap and business priorities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure predictable project execution and timely delivery
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive proactive mitigation actions
• Ensure transparent communication of project status, milestones, risks, and escalations to stakeholders
