About the role

The trainees will work on Business Impact Projects across our sites in core areas of chemical engineering to solve live business problems using chemical engineering principles. What you'll do

  • Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies
  • Identify gaps and possibilities for process automation in the current Order to Delivery (OTD) process
  • Optimize inventory levels for different raw materials (intermediates, APIs, excipients, etc.) while ensuring satisfactory service levels for customers

What you need

  • Six Sigma

  • Any graduate
