What you'll do

• Develop, negotiate, and implement strategies, plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the technical leadership of Branson technologies
• Strategies will be developed in conjunction with the Value Creation and Profitability Review process and programs supervised through Global Engineering Team
• Lead an India organization responsible for material joining product design and development, sustaining engineering and global welding programs
• Ensure that technological capabilities are present in the organization to achieve Growth and Profitability objectives
• Maintain sound engineering concepts and standards of design and quality in the development of new products, and in the improvement of existing products
