About the role

The Global Head of Financing and Portfolio Solutions (FPS) Operations within State Street Markets is responsible for the leadership, oversight and strategic development of the operational infrastructure supporting State Street’s trading and financing businesses.

What you'll do

• Leading the global operations organization, including 250 professional across regions, ensuring consistent delivery, strong governance
• Delivering seamless and efficient post trade operational support, including confirmations, settlement, clearing, and data management
• Overseeing applicable vendors and third-party relationships, ensuring service delivery meets required standards, including proper management of cyber risks
• Optimizing the operating model and cost base to support scalability, efficiency, business growth, and global consistency
• Leading the execution of key regulatory, governance and corporate initiatives, including Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance and Model Risk
