Global Head of Reconciliation Technology

About the role

The Global Head of Reconciliation Technology will lead a critical function Reconciliations and Fee Billing within Markets Operations Technology, overseeing reconciliation processes across multiple business units and geographic locations. The role holder will drive technological innovation, business strategy to optimize reconciliation operations and thereby minimizing run-the-bank costs.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative reconciliation technologies, including cloud-based solutions like AWS, TLM, and Duco
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate reconciliation systems with broader banking technologies
• Ensure all reconciliation processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with reconciliation operations
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure the integrity and security of reconciliation data
