• Reimagine internal customer journeys and create intuitive service experiences
• Own Cybersecurity’s service architecture, catalogue and ServiceNow portal
• Champion continuous improvement, service quality and intelligent automation
• Accelerate the journey from manual processes to straight-through processing
• Partner across Cybersecurity, GCIO, engineering teams, business lines and regions
