Global Lead Application Service Assurance and Governance

As the Global Lead - Application Service Management, you will be accountable for the end-to-end management, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and strategic evolution of global Application Management Services (AMS).

What you'll do

• Define and execute the global AMS strategy, operating model, service catalogue, and roadmap aligned with business and technology priorities
• Provide end-to-end accountability for AMS service delivery, service availability, performance, and customer satisfaction across the global application portfolio
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Application Service Management team
• Own financial planning, forecasting, vendor spend management, and cost optimization initiatives across AMS operations
• Drive continuous improvement of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Level Management
