Global Marketing Strategist (EMEA)

About the role

This is our first dedicated marketing hire for EMEA. You will own how Dezigndia wins enterprise technology buyers in the UK, Europe and the Middle East: positioning, campaigns, account-based programs and the presales material that turns a first call into a proposal. You will work directly with the founders and the delivery leads, and you will decide how the region is approached rather than inheriting a playbook.

What you'll do

• Build and own the EMEA go-to-market plan: target countries, industries, buyer roles and the order we pursue them in, with quarterly pipeline targets
• Turn our four capabilities into messaging that a CIO, CTO or operations head in the UK or Europe recognizes as their own problem
• The four are AI and digital transformation, product engineering, data and analytics, and enterprise modernization
• Research competitors and pricing in each market, and keep a short, current brief that the sales team actually uses
• Demand generation and account-based marketing

• HubSpot

• Salesforce
• Analytics
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or BBA
