About the role
The Global MOH Digital Lead & Asia/ANZ Regional Lead is responsible for translating TMICC's global Medical & Occupational Health strategy into sustainable regional execution across Asia and ANZ while leading the deployment and adoption of key MOH digital transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Serve as the Corporate Center MOH lead for Asia and ANZ
- Translate global MOH strategy into regional implementation plans
- Drive country-level gap assessments, action plans, and follow-up activities
- Ensure alignment between local HR, SHE, Procurement, Legal, Operations and MOH providers
- Support development and implementation of country MOH roadmaps
