Global Partner Operations - Business Development Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Partner Operations , you'll play a key role in growing and strengthening Laundryheap's global partner network. You'll lead our Business Development team, develop partnerships across both B2C and B2B markets, and help shape how our Partner Operations function evolves as we continue expanding internationally.

• Lead and Support Your Team
• Leading and supporting the Partner Operations Business Development team through coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance
• Setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and helping team members grow professionally
• Supporting regional Business Development Associates across our global markets
• Acting as the main point of contact for escalations and ensuring the team has the support they need
