Global Partner Program Operations Manager

About the role

While this role aligns with global strategy to ensure consistency and scale, you will be the ultimate regional owner for program adoption, friction removal, and execution across APJ. The ideal candidate is a high-bias-for-action operator—someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, dives deep into data, and takes full accountability for unblocking partners and internal teams alike.

What you'll do

• Regional Strategy & Adaptation: Own the localization and continuous evolution of the Global Partner Program for APJ
• Build direct, tight feedback loops with APJ field teams and partners to identify market gaps, operational friction
• End-to-End Execution & Change Management: Drive high-velocity partner initiatives that directly impact partner productivity and top-line revenue across APJ
• Own readiness, launch timing, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption for all regional program releases
• Enablement & Operational Rhythms: Write clear, crisp, and accessible partner resources (including Incentives guides and playbook updates)
