Global Payroll Manager (Payroll Head AMEA, Manufacturing MNC)

About the role

Representing the payroll function during internal audits, external audits, statutory inspections, and management reviews. Bring 8 to 12 years of payroll experience, including responsibility for end-to-end payroll operations. Have hands-on Singapore payroll experience, which is a mandatory requirement for the role.

What you'll do

• Lead multi-country payroll across AMEA markets
• Owning end-to-end payroll administration for India and coordinating payroll delivery across Singapore and other AMEA markets
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of payroll inputs, validations, approvals, reconciliation, and employee payments
• Maintaining compliance with country-specific payroll calendars, statutory requirements, cut-off dates, internal controls, and documentation standards
• Partnering with Finance on payroll funding, accounting inputs, cost allocation, reconciliations, statutory remittances and reporting
