About the role

Move fragmented, duplicative and vendor-centric utilities toward standard interfaces, common reusable services, consolidated screening data, end-to-end observability, consistent adjudication and governed automation, while retaining the distinct risk, regulatory, criticality, latency, resilience, geography and data-residency requirements of each screening type.

What you'll do

• Strategy, roadmap and investment: Own the multi-year global sanctions technology strategy and integrated roadmap for Name Screening and Transaction Screening
• Set priorities, funding and sequencing to create a coherent Screening-as-a-Service utility, standardise the global operating model and shared building blocks
• Name Screening and Transaction Screening transformation: Lead progressive modernisation across both screening domains
• For Name Screening , advance globally consistent, model-driven continuous screening triggered by onboarding, party change, list change and risk events
• For Transaction Screening , deliver high-throughput, real-time and 24x7 capabilities with regional segregation, scalable capacity
