Global Service Manager, AMS – Corporate Functions

As part of the Global Application Management Services (AMS) organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance and continuous improvement of business-critical Corporate Functions and Finance applications.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end operational support for a portfolio of Corporate Functions and Finance applications, ensuring stability, reliability and business continuity
• Act as the primary service contact for business stakeholders, support teams and external vendors
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, deployments and maintenance activities while ensuring business readiness and smooth transitions
• Support critical Finance activities including month-end close, year-end close, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting cycles
• Manage incidents, major incidents, problems and changes, minimizing business impact and driving timely resolution
