Global Statutory COE Analyst

About the role

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

What you'll do

• Responsible to ensure all statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with the country regulatory requirements
• This includes branches, legal entities and statutory consolidations from outside the US, as well as the management of the statutory audit process where applicable
• Responsible for managing and liaising with in‑country statutory auditors to ensure timely submission of all PBC (Prepared‑By‑Client) documentation
• Partner with various teams to develop and execute project plans, including tracking project milestones, identifying key stakeholders
• Work with the global process leads to define and monitor adherence to the GEHC standard Statutory processes and support gap analysis effort as required

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Statutory audit
• Internal controls
• Financial reporting
• B.Com or Chartered Accountant
