GM/AVP-Sales || RE Developer || Central Delhi

About the role

A successful GM Sales should have: A strong background in the financial services industry, particularly in venture capital or private equity. Proven expertise in sales strategy development and execution. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the project's sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Lead and manage the sales team , including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance monitoring to maximize productivity
• Drive project sales and inventory liquidation through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients to generate sustained business opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and improve market positionin
