About the role

Structure and negotiate joint ventures, shareholder agreements, leases, and land-related transactions Prior hotel operations exposure would be advantageous Senior leadership grade role with direct exposure to large-value hospitality transactions and strategic growth initiatives Opportunity to influence expansion for a leading hospitality and vacation ownership platform with a large member base and established resort network

What you'll do

• Lead high-value hospitality asset acquisitions
• Manage and develop relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners
• Lead acquisition, lease, partnership, and asset development transactions from sourcing through closure
• Deliver annual business development targets and growth objectives
• Develop budgets, allocate targets, and monitor performance against business plans
