GM Business Development

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue objectives of Tenon FM. The role requires a strategic, client-focused professional with a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record in business development within manpower-intensive services.

What you'll do

• Identify and generate business leads through networking, cold calling, and industry referrals
• Drive new client acquisition in the integrated facilities management and security services domain across corporate sectors
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships with decision-makers in IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, BFSI, and other relevant industries
• Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless transition from proposal to service delivery
