Critical review of the ID presentations with recommendations Decide what to outsource (e.g., fragrance formulation, app development) vs. keep inhouse (concept design, journey mapping, content programming) A successful GM (Customer Experience) should have Competitive salary package within the property sector.

What you'll do

Create amenities for the product richness and aspiration for the product
Build reusable internal toolkits: brand customer experience guidelines, design templates, audit frameworks, training modules
Own art-in-architecture strategy - curate rotating sculptures, murals, digital art installations inhous
Design furniture, biophilia, and layouts for common areas (pantries, breakout zones, atriums)
Create hospitality training modules (delivered by internal team or low-cost partners)
