GM - Employee Experience Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced employee experience professional to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end employee experience across VOIS. This role will shape employee journeys throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business strategy, organisational culture, employee value proposition (EVP), workplace experience priorities and transformation ambitions.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the Employee Experience (EX) strategy aligned with business goals, EVP, culture ambitions and talent priorities
• Design and continuously improve end-to-end employee journeys across onboarding, development, mobility, career progression and offboarding
• Leverage employee feedback, engagement data and workforce insights to identify priorities and deliver impactful interventions
• Lead employee listening programs, surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into measurable actions
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Culture and Communications teams to create seamless and consistent employee experiences
