GM - Fiber Operations

About the role

Responsible for Regional Fiber Planning, Projects and Operation functions. Enhance VIL’s fiber footprint to connect mobility and enterprise services by cost effective and efficient planning & budgeting within the region. Responsible for annual Capex & Opex forecast and control. Optimal utilization of Fiber Capex to deliver best in class and scalable fiber infrastructure with resiliencies to ensure high standard network uptime.

What you'll do

• Regional –Technology (Fiber Operations)
• Responsible for Regional Fiber Planning, Projects and Operation functions
• Deliver planning, project and operations KPIs as per Organization requirement
• Meet mobility & enterprise services experience expectation by implementing highest quality of workmanship and cost effective operating model
• Responsible for annual Capex & Opex forecast and control

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
• Telecom
• B.Tech or B.E.
