Reporting to the senior leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for: Leading finance and commercial operations across three manufacturing units Around 20 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience overseeing procurement, stores, warehousing and logistics Proven ability to lead commercial operations across multiple manufacturing units

What you'll do

• Lead commercial operations across large manufacturing units at a listed company
• Reporting to the senior leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for: Leading finance and commercial operations across three manufacturing units
• Managing accounting, costing, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis
• Driving cost optimization, inventory control and working capital management
• Overseeing receivables, payables and product cost structures
