About the role

The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex transitions, ensuring minimal disruption, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets. Extensive experience (10+ years) in transition management, project management and transformational initiatives within a large-scale, global environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, communication strategies, and milestone tracking
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity
• Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the transition lifecycle
