About the role

What You'll Do You will support Avalara's customers in setting up the connector between Avalara's Tax Engine and the customer's ERP, POS, or eCommerce platforms under the guidance of senior implementation team members. Assist customers in configuring their ERP, POS, or eCommerce platforms to support their sales tax processes and industry best practices.

What you'll do

• Be Install and configure a subset of the following ERP and platform integrations: Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage 500, Sage Intacct, Dynamics GP, D365 Sales
• Explain basic configuration options and demonstrate sales order/invoicing processes to customers
• Manage a moderate portfolio of active customer implementations, maintaining clear documentation and timely follow-through on all assigned tasks
• Work collaboratively with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a positive onboarding experience
