GODOWN OFFICERS Visa 5351(Agrah at Avenue Supermarts (DMart). Create and maintain Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.

What you'll do

  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently in SAP
  • Review purchase requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies
  • Verify all essential PO details, including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, GL codes, and vendor information, PO hygiene
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, and end-users) to obtain necessary approvals and clarifications if any before PO issuance
  • Act as primary contact for vendors ( follow up on deliveries)
