About the role

To acquire and service Gold Loan customers, drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management, and ensure adherence to operational and compliance guidelines.

  • Source new Gold Loan customers through branch walk-ins, field visits, references, and local market activities
  • Achieve assigned Gold Loan disbursement and portfolio targets
