Develops and implements strategies for legislative, regulatory and policy advocacy. Develops programs to ensure internal awareness of applicable legislation and proposed regulations. Supports external government advocacy efforts (including consultants) for favorable governmental policies and regulations, incentive funding, crisis management, outreach programs, and initiatives in concert with business and thought leadership objectives.
