What you'll do

  • Handle Inbound (Video call) /Outbound call customers to complete the APLVC/PCVC or Welcome calling verification
  • Verify the details submitted by the customer/Sales at the time of policy selling and Documents submitted are matching
  • Ensure verification is completed by the Right Party only
  • Should maintain a Professional behavior with the customer throughout the verification process
  • Give complete and correct information on all the product purchased by the customer
