Graphic Designer II

About the role

The Graphic Designer II creates polished, brand-aligned visual assets that support a wide range of business needs across marketing, product, communications, and internal initiatives. This role leads medium-to-large design projects, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to the evolution of Tekion’s visual identity.

What you'll do

• Design a variety of digital and print assets including campaign visuals, presentation decks, event materials, product graphics, and social media content
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs that support storytelling and strategic messaging
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to gather requirements, present design concepts, and deliver final assets
• Provide art direction for photoshoots, illustrations, or video components when applicable
• Maintain organized design files and templates for reuse across the organization Mentor junior designers and participate in feedback and review cycles

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Graphic design

• Any graduate
