About the role

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience , and maintaining professional communication with clients, visitors, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-in customers professionally
• Handle front desk operations and visitor management
• Assist customers with basic project / property information
• Coordinate site visits and client meetings
