Group Head- Client Servicing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Head – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee multiple accounts and servicing teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong client leader with proven experience in strategy, integrated campaigns, pitches, and new business development , along with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

What you'll do

• Understand client business objectives, challenges, and market landscape to develop effective communication and marketing solutions
• Lead and contribute to new business pitches, RFPs, presentations, and client proposals from brief understanding to final presentation
• Oversee multiple accounts and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all campaigns and projects
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and ensure alignment across respective teams
• Monitor account performance, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and overall client satisfaction
