Group HR Manager

About the role

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems across all group companies. Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for different departments. Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and salary administration.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems across all group companies

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate employee performance appraisal and increment processes
