The Group Leader – ITO Applications is responsible for providing local line management, coordination, and operational oversight for application-related roles based in the Chennai hub within a global matrix organization.The role ensures effective integration of local teams into global application functions, while driving people management, coordination, and operational stability.

• Local Line Management & P&C Coordination
• Act as the local line manager for Chennai-based application teams
• Leave and attendance management
• Time tracking and approvals
• Onboarding and offboarding processes

What you need

• 12–19 yrs of experience
• Performance management
