About the roleWe are hiring a Group Lead – Master Data Management in Pune to own the employee master data (MDM) process across multiple locations. You will oversee master data changes in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), run reconciliations, find the root cause of recurring data issues and publish MIS reports and dashboards.
