Group Product Manager

About the role

We're hiring a Group Product Manager (Growth) to join Headout's product leadership. You'll set the strategic direction for growth, translate it into a focused roadmap, and execute with speed and rigour. You'll sit at the crossroads of product strategy, experimentation culture, and cross-functional leadership, and you'll leave fingerprints on every meaningful metric across the funnel.

What you'll do

• Own the user conversion and post-booking experience charter end-to-end across web and app
• Define a coherent growth strategy that ladders up to company-level goals and communicates clearly to leadership
• Lead a small team of PMs - setting direction, coaching on craft, removing blockers, and creating conditions for high performance
• Build a rigorous experimentation programme: prioritisation frameworks, test velocity targets, and a culture of learning from failure
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing on growth priorities and resource allocation

What you need

• PRD writing
• Product strategy
• Any graduate
