About the role

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. This is a client-facing Growth and Campaign Operations role where you will own and execute campaigns (awareness, engagement, conversion) across Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Email, Linkedin and Google. Additionally, you would also be responsible to first-hand drive operations for our program management services, which would be upsold to our existing client base.

What you'll do

• Run Campaigns: Plan, set up and execute omni-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously and building relevant customer automation journeys
• Track & Report: Pull campaign reports, track key metrics — open rates, click rates, conversion rates — and present performance summaries to clients on a regular basis
• Analyse Conversions: Go beyond vanity metrics — understand which campaigns are driving orders, revenue and repeat purchases for each client and identify what is working
• Optimise Campaigns: Based on performance data, suggest and implement improvements — audience segmentation, message timing, content tweaks and campaign sequencing
