Growth & Data Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a Growth & Data Analyst to own the analytics infrastructure that powers our growth function. You'll build scalable dashboards, analyse customer behaviour, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to improve funnel performance through data-driven experimentation.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain end-to-end funnel and cohort analysis across acquisition, KYC, funding, activation, trading, and retention
• Develop scalable dashboards and automated reporting for marketing performance, funnel health, and business KPIs
• Analyse customer behaviour to identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and optimisation priorities
• Own funnel performance metrics by diagnosing drop-offs, forming hypotheses, and measuring experiment outcomes
• Design, analyse, and evaluate A/B tests to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and customer lifetime value
