About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Associate to help grow Atlys in the UAE. You’ll research the market, figure out what’s working and what isn’t, and help shape and carry out our growth plans for the region. You’ll work closely with the Growth, Marketing and Product teams, and get hands-on with a wide range of problems from day one.
What you'll do
- Research the UAE market: study travellers, competitors and trends to understand how people in the UAE plan trips and apply for visas
- Execute on the ground: help launch and run campaigns, partnerships and experiments, and keep things moving across teams
- Report and follow up: keep simple, regular reports on UAE performance so the team always knows where we stand
What you need
- 1–2 yrs of experience
- Learning and development
- Any graduate
