About the role

We are looking for a high-ownership and commercially minded Growth Lead / Growth Partner to drive growth for a portfolio of local businesses using AI-powered sales, marketing, automation, and agentic technology . This role combines growth strategy, business consulting, customer success, AI operations, and product development .

What you'll do

  • Own the growth strategy and performance for a portfolio of local business customers
  • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted point of contact for business owners
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business models, pricing, services, positioning, customers, and competitive advantages
  • Translate customer and business context into actionable growth strategies and AI-powered workflows
  • Configure, monitor, and optimise AI-driven sales and marketing systems
