About the role

To lead and drive abcoffee’s growth agenda through strategic partnerships, new business channels, revenue-generating initiatives, GTM strategies and high-impact campaigns, while building a scalable growth engine and leading cross-functional execution.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive the overall Growth & Business Development strategy aligned with abcoffee’s business objectives
  • Identify, build and close strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and scale new growth channels, campaigns, activations and GTM initiatives
  • Own the growth pipeline, revenue targets, forecasting and performance outcomes
  • Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, partnerships and strategic alliances

What you need

  • 7–12 yrs of experience
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • Analytics
  • HubSpot
  • CRM
