About the role

The Growth Lead - Paytm Travel will own the end-to-end growth charter across all travel categories (Flights, Trains, Bus, Hotels, Packages). The role is responsible for driving scalable and sustainable user growth through Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Performance Marketing, Retention & Engagement, Social Media, and New User Acquisition via all possible digital and offline channels.

What you'll do

• Growth Strategy & Ownership
• Define and execute the Own key metrics: Build and scale a predictable growth engine across acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
• Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Lead CLM across Design automated journeys using segmentation, behavioral triggers, and predictive modelling
• Increase customer lifetime value through personalized nudges, gamification, and contextual triggers
