• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize user journeys, improving key metrics
• Such as reach, CTRs, conversion rates and customer retention
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product enhancements, marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with product, and engineering teams to launch and refine growth initiatives
