Growth Manager

About the role

The Growth Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of warranty and damage protection programs. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, pricing, and launching protection plans across a wide array of categories, including Electronics, Consumer Durables, Mobile, Laptops and new categories.

What you'll do

• Draft detailed Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
• Conduct frequent market surveys to identify evolving customer needs and competitive gaps
• Maintain a "Competitor War Room" mindset—staying updated on the pricing, T&Cs, and service levels of industry
• Act as the primary custodian for all product documentation and program health
• Develop robust pricing models based on loss-ratio analysis, repair costs, and market benchmarks

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
• Underwriting
• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
